That may not be enough. German court proceedings require procedural responses in the correct form and at the correct time.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    In some cases, a party must first indicate that it intends to defend the case. In other cases, a written defence or specific procedural step may be required. That does not always end the issue.
