Mechanical and plant engineering is an industry in which contracts and disputes require particular depth: technically complex performance, long project chains and considerable economic weight. My focus is on the supplier side because this is where advance performance, dependence on project processes and enforcement pressure come together in a particularly acute form. I represent manufacturers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, both in drafting contracts that support the project and in enforcement when matters escalate.

At the same time, this is also where it becomes particularly clear how quickly commercial conflicts cross borders: clients abroad, cross-border projects and disputes with an international dimension. International disputes are therefore my second core focus area, and they extend well beyond mechanical and plant engineering. Anyone doing business internationally needs a lawyer who is familiar with the specific features of cross-border proceedings when a dispute arises.
